Nice to meet you – Mordi Marmelstein, 41 years old – married to Nechama and together we run the nursery and are mainly parents to 5 amazing children. The nursery was established in 1977 by my parents Dov and Naomi Marmelstein while we were still living in Gush Katif. At the beginning we focused on exporting geraniums throughout Europe and towards the end of the 90s we gradually moved to growing for the local market. In 2005 we were evicted from our home and our inheritance and we had to start everything from scratch in a temporary farm and after 8 years we established the nursery in its current location.

In 2015, we decided to establish a small and cute nursery alongside wholesale cultivation, but within 4 months we realized that this was our calling, to provide service to mainly private customers. In less than a year, we converted the wholesale cultivation to an area that is cultivated solely for the benefit of the point of sale.
